Pelvic floor rehabilitation

The pelvic floor is a set of muscles found between the pelvic bones and which have a function of supporting the pelvic organs, one role for sexuality and another for continence.

Pelvic floor rehabilitation aims to gain awareness of this area of ​​the body so as to be able to restore correct muscle function that can improve or eliminate dysfunctions.

  • Incontinence (urine leakage or from urgency/sudden or exertion)

  • Pelvic organ prolapse (cystocele, hysterocele, or rectocele)
